Alhamdulillah,
Semalam dah sign letter offer with bank for our housing loan
Kitorang guna RHB Islamic. Our mortgage officer is Fara, senang la deal dgn die.
Rate ok, nak lulus pun senang..alhamdulillah, urusan dipermudahkan :)

So, next step --> Awaiting to sign S&P agreement with the developer.
